Terms of Service

Estimates are free and valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after we measure your property and agree on a design.

Installation dates are scheduled on a first-come basis and may shift due to weather or safety conditions. We will always notify you of a change in advance.

Season pricing includes design, installation, in-season maintenance and removal. Optional storage is billed separately and confirmed on your estimate.

Materials supplied by OC Holiday Lights remain part of your annual program unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lights supplied by the customer are installed without performance warranty.
